It’s been many years since the Band’s last performance at the Chillout Festival, but after this year’s success it could become an annual item in our calendar.
After car-pooling for the trip to Daylesford, we kicked off with our final march for the year – the Chillout Parade down Main Street. The audience gave us a spectacular reception, joining in with our songs and cheering and screaming as we danced our way past.
It was then off to Fair Day, beginning with a standing performance at the front gate to welcome the crowd as they arrived. We followed this with roving entertainment during the course of the afternoon, to much appreciation.
